BOOK TOWER
Designed for the Book Brothers by Louis Kamper in 1926, Book Tower is one of Detroit’s most iconic structures. When economic downturn struck Detroit in the late 80s, the 38 story building was completely abandoned and left untouched, up until 2020. After being meticulously restored, Book Tower’s brand was also given a much needed restoration. As the lead writer on the project, I crafted a Tone of Voice Guide, then named the landmark’s different spaces. We also launched a website, produced marketing for the launch along with residential and commercial brochures to help fill every story with new stories.
